Step 1: Peruse the private reserve of real estate investment funds
Every investment will begin with reviewing the curated set of opportunities available on FundSomm’s Marketplace. Click or tap into one of the opportunity tiles to find a wealth of information about that Fund, including the ability to request a copy of the due diligence package FundSomm has assembled.
Step 2: Gain access
If it’s your first time reviewing a FundSomm opportunity’s details, you’ll be asked to enter some basic details to create your user account; otherwise, simply click the link at the bottom to log in.
Note: When creating your account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. The FundSomm website will also prompt you with an option to set up multi-factor authentication. These important steps help keep your account secure.
Step 3: Evaluate opportunity
We invite investors to review the wide range of due diligence materials and other information we provide about the Fund Manager to aid in their evaluation of that opportunity. Here you’ll find the private placement memorandum, interviews with the fund manager, details around the investment strategy and experience of the manager, and more.
Step 4: Initiate investment
Once you’ve identified an opportunity you would like to invest in, reviewed the relevant offering documents and completed your due diligence process, you’ll click the “Invest Now” button to make a pledge to invest and launch into the investing workflow.
